1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products on the website https://my-elya.com. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. PRODUCTS The products offered on the website are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to display settings.

3. PRICES All prices listed on the website are in GBP (£) and do not include VAT, as the company operates under a sole proprietorship without VAT registration. Prices do not include shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.

4. ORDERING PROCESS To place an order, the customer must select the desired product(s) and proceed to checkout. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. The customer will receive an order confirmation email.

5. PAYMENT METHODS My Elya accepts the following payment methods:

  • Google Pay Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery time depends on the destination:

    • UK: 2-5 business days

    • Europe: 5-10 business days

    • Rest of the world: 7-15 business days

  • Shipping fees vary depending on the order’s destination and weight.

  • My Elya is not responsible for customs fees or delays due to customs processing.

7. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to request a return.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

8. WARRANTY Our products come with a 30-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. If an issue arises, customers should contact customer service at my-elya@infos.com.

9. LIABILITY My Elya shall not be held responsible for any indirect damages arising from the use of its products or website. The customer is responsible for ensuring the suitability of the product for their needs.
